STORE POLICY

We try our best to ship goods to you as soon as possible. On an average, it takes us about 3 business days to ship goods out of our warehouse in Mumbai l.  However, the duration of the shipping may differ if:
1. The quantities ordered are more than 5 pieces per product per style.
2. The item ordered is under production.
Should this happen, we will keep you informed promptly.

Domestic Shipping: 

1. We take an average 3-4 working days to ship an order. 
2. We make our garments to order -  hence there may be a delay in shipping sometimes. 
3. Our trusted delivery partners are Bluedart and Delhivery 

International Shipping: 

1. International shipping takes on average, 6-7 days from order placement.
2. Standard courier/shipping charges for international orders depends on the destination country and the weight of the goods purchased.
3. Our trusted delivery partner for international shipping is DHL.
4. Please note Translate is not liable for any customs charge levied after the goods enter a foreign country. All customs charges are to be borne by the customer and the customer only.
5. We shall provide the invoice for the exact value paid by the customer and no changes can be made once order is placed.

Return &  Cancellation Policy:

1. No refunds 
2. Returns only incase of defect with opening parcel video to claim the defect and another dress in exchange.
3. No exchange or refunds for size issues as all dresses are made to order and we provide extra margins for minor alterations

4. Material and lacing of the dresses can vary depending upon the availability, however pattern of the dress will be same 
5. We try our best to provide real time photos however colours can look slightly different due to lighting’s and camera , no exchange or refund will be provided in such case.

6. We do NOT accept any cancellation AFTER 24 Hours of order, as we follow 'made on order' process. 

7. Cancellation Request should be processed via E-Mail only given in Contact section. 

8. Cancellation Charges are 10 Per cent of Price mentioned on the product at the time of purchase. 

9. Refund for Cancellation will be initiated through Razorpay and as per its policies only.
